Day 1: Akwaaba – Welcome Home !
The moment you land in Accra, you’ll feel the warmth of home. You’ll be greeted with love and escorted to a private shuttle that will take you straight to your accommodation, where comfort and relaxation await.
Take a moment to settle in, breathe it all in—you’re here! Later, we’ll gather for a Welcome Dinner filled with delicious flavors, vibrant entertainment, and good vibes. Because we believe in showing love, you’ll receive some exclusive SWAG to celebrate this journey.
Day 2: Accra Me, Please!
Today, we hit the streets of Accra for a deep dive into the heartbeat of Ghana. Start your day with breakfast, then embark on a guided tour of iconic landmarks like Independence Square, Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park, and W.E.B. DuBois Center—where history and resilience live.
As the sun sets, get ready for AfroFuture Fest—a celebration of Black excellence in music, art, and culture. Imagine the energy of Coachella but infused with pure African soul.
Day 3: The Party Continues
Wake up to a delicious breakfast, then dive into a hands-on cultural experience where you’ll create something truly special. Design your own batik fabric or craft handmade pottery, guided by skilled local artisans who will share their techniques and traditions. This is your chance to take home a piece of Ghana that you made with your own hands!
In the evening, it’s AfroFuture Fest: Round 2—more music, more energy, and more unforgettable moments!
Day 4: Chasing Waterfalls
We’re heading out of the city for some serene, scenic magic. After breakfast, we’ll take a leisurely drive past Flagstaff House, then journey to breathtaking waterfalls—a perfect backdrop for reflection and stunning photos.
Next, we’ll explore the Aburi Botanical Gardens, where the air is fresh, and the scenery is divine. For those who want to keep the night going, an evening lounge crawl or jazz club experience awaits (optional).
Day 5: Beach Day
Today, it’s all about relaxation and joy! Sink your feet into the sand. Llet the waves wash over you, and just be.
Then, as night falls, get ready to bring in the New Year Ghanaian style—Afrobeats, dancing, and fireworks lighting up the beach.
Day 6: Do You, Boo!
After breakfast, the day is yours! Whether you want to treat yourself to a waterfall massage, get your nails done, get a fresh cut, last minute shopping or rock fresh braids, today is all about you!
Day 7: Ancestors’ Wildest Dreams
This is the soulful journey you’ve been waiting for. After breakfast, we travel to Cape Coast, where you’ll walk through the historic Elmina Castle and visit Assin Manso, the last stop before our ancestors were taken across the ocean.
Then, we honor our lineage with a traditional naming ceremony, welcoming you back to the land of your roots. That night, you’ll rest easy at a luxurious hotel by the sea.
Day 8: Happy Hiking & Farewell Dinner
After breakfast, we’re off to Kakum National Park for a canopy walk, where you’ll soar above the rainforest, taking in breathtaking views and the fresh, crisp air of Ghana’s lush landscape.
After our adventure, we’ll travel back to Accra, where you’ll check into the accommodation and have time to freshen up and unwind. As the sun sets, we’ll come together for a final farewell dinner—a beautiful evening filled with laughter, reflection, and celebration of the bonds we’ve built on this unforgettable journey.
Day 9: Go and Be Well (Dayie-Da Yie)
Take the morning to relax, do some last-minute shopping, or simply soak in the energy of Ghana before we take you to the airport for your journey home. But remember, Ghana isn’t a place you just visit—it’s a place you return to.
